Are you an expert in all things social? We are looking for a Social & Content Executive to join our Organic Social team, based at either NEXT Head Office in Enderby or Central London Office, Leicester with a competitive salary range and great benefits
This role will sit within the NEXT Organic Social team but will work cross-functionally with key teams from both brands to ensure all content is produced in line with campaign moments and key milestones.
The role
As the Social & Content Executive, you will be the creative force behind the content strategy for two distinct propositions:
SEASONS: Curated luxury featuring premium brands like Mulberry, Ganni, Sporty & Rich and Coach.
The Set: Affordable, sophisticated and timeless mix-and-match pieces designed to create endless outfit \'s fashion, driving positive perception and building an engaged community.
What You\'ll Take On
This is a dynamic, hands-on role where you\'ll be responsible for the full content lifecycle.
Content creation & vision: Deliver a best-in-class social content calendar, managing the end-to-end process of curating, planning, scheduling and publishing
Be the face: You must be confident creating and featuring in bespoke video content, including self-shooting reactive, lo-fi videos to capture emerging social media trends
Collaboration: Build strong relationships with brand partners, trade representatives and PR teams to ensure seamless workflows and excellent product promotion
Production: Coordinate content days and shoots, compiling detailed briefing documents that specify styling, image composition and prop suggestions.
Reporting & optimisation: Monitor, analyse and test all social activity, using data and insight to drive innovation, meet set performance KPIs and stay ahead of the game through regular competitor analysis

Experience: <3>Social savvy: An avid social media user with an excellent understanding of how to use all major channels for commercial purpose
Technical skills: Competent user of editing tools/apps like Canva and CapCut
Communication: An impeccable copywriter with strong communication skills, confidence in liaising with stakeholders and strong presentation abilities
Mindset: Ability to balance creativity and ideation with process-driven tasks and analysis
Attitude: A fun and enthusiastic team player with excellent time management and a flexible, professional attitude
