Working as part of our Beauty Team within a Next Store, your top priority will be to offer outstanding service and beautifully presented products to our customers.
In return for supporting all Company policies and procedures and having a great attitude to work, we will invest in you and your development from day one.

About the Role
- Work on an Estée Lauder Companies counter in the Beauty department, which will include maintaining stock and its presentation
- Love all things beauty, with a keen interest in keeping up to date with what's new in the skincare, makeup and fragrance market
- Offer warm, friendly and helpful service at all times. Helping our customers to find the perfect products, demonstrating your passion and knowledge of beauty
- Work with the Brand to develop awareness and knowledge of the products as well as take control of your own development
- Be confident in using the products available to offer customer makeovers

- Friendly, calm and efficient - even on your busiest days
- Excited about the challenge of a varied job and adapting to peak trading periods
- Flexible, supportive and always ready to go the extra mile
- Experience of makeup and working in a beauty environment is desirable but not essential
