We are looking for a Senior Paid Affiliate Executive to join our Digital Marketing team, based at NEXT Head Office in Enderby, Leicester with a competitive salary range of £39,000 - £48,000.

Affiliate Marketing is a key growth channel in NEXT’s International Marketing strategy. Working closely with digital and trading teams, the affiliate team drives customer acquisition through strategic partnerships with influencers and partners - boosting brand visibility, traffic and sales through data-led, creative campaigns.
About the role
As the Senior Paid Affiliate Executive, you will play a pivotal role in scaling the affiliate channel across multiple territories and partner types. Your role involves cultivating relationships with new and existing Affiliate influencers and partners to drive profitable customer acquisition and grow the channel\'s overall contribution to international marketing sales.

- Territory Expansion : Collaborate with internal stakeholders to plan and execute rapid rollouts across multiple markets, ensuring comprehensive coverage across diverse partner types.
- Partnership Management : Build and nurture long-term relationships with influencers and partners that align with international growth strategies.
- Affiliate Platform Relationship : Work closely with Affiliate Platform Account Managers to maximize performance in assigned markets.
- Channel Optimization : Drive CSS CPA performance in EU markets
- Tech Know-How: Have a good understanding of affiliate marketing technology.
- Cross-Department Collaboration : Partner with internal creative and trading teams to align activity with insight, selecting products and categories that best resonate with the audience.
- Reporting and Insights : Manage and deliver comprehensive channel reporting, and present actionable insights and campaign performance findings regularly.
- Industry Trends : Stay informed about developments in the digital media and affiliate marketing landscape to continuously improve strategies.
You’ll be doing all this from our Leicestershire Head Office. Our offices are inspiring, yes. But we understand that life happens. So, we’re big on making sure your work, works for you which is why we offer flexible working. This role currently offers 2-3 days a week in the office.
What we’re looking for
- Experience : proven experience in digital performance marketing, with working within an Affiliate or Influencer Marketing role.
- Proven Results : Success in scaling affiliate and influencer activities to deliver measurable business impact.
- Analytical Skills : Strong numeracy and proficiency in Excel, with the ability to analyze data and apply insights to improve performance.
- Partner Management : Experience in managing relationships with Influencers, Publishers, and Affiliate Platforms, and a clear understanding of their roles in overall channel growth
- Strategic Thinking : Strong grasp of the affiliate marketing mix and how different affiliate types contribute to a comprehensive strategy.
- Problem-Solving : Logical - finds it easy to problem solve
- Collaboration : Excellent team player with a collaborative mindset and ability to work across functions.
- Technical Expertise : In-depth knowledge of influencer platform technologies such as Awin, Rakuten, Partnerize etc. and some understanding of tagging requirements across web and app.
- International Experience : Experience managing campaigns outside the UK is highly desirable.
- Attribution Expertise : Familiarity with incrementality/lift studies and their application in affiliate marketing is a plus.

Your results-driven mindset and strong communication skills will help you effectively engage diverse stakeholders. Working closely with our Affiliate Platform and Partners, you’ll identify growth opportunities, optimise current partnerships, and seek out emerging trends to maintain a competitive edge.
