We are looking for a Senior CRM Marketing Executive to join our Digital Marketing eCommerce team. Based at Next Head Office in Enderby, Leicestershire with a competitive salary range and great benefits!

About the role:

As the Senior Email Marketing Executive within the Digital Marketing eCommerce team, utilising your experience you will focus on the execution and enhancement of our eCRM programs for NEXT. You will play a pivotal part in the team and will be responsible for developing and delivering impactful email communications across all markets and segments.

What else is involved?

  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns including the set-up, testing, scheduling, and deployment of one-time, recurring, and triggered campaigns
  • Drive the email strategy and wider communication plans for some of our key markets
  • Utilizing data to build customer segmentations and targeting (with support from data science/analytics team)
  • Encourage data quality improvements and best practices
  • Perform ongoing A/B testing to improve campaign performance
  • Monitor, track, and communicate campaign results with stakeholders and provide actionable insights and improvements for future development
  • Influence high quality email content through our internal Design team, bringing impactful messages to life with email best practice in mind
  • Constantly research digital communications best practices, trends and technologies
  • Reporting to the Digital Communications Lead with potential responsibility for a small team.

About you:

  • Proven ability in marketing/communications with 3+ years relevant email marketing experience
  • Excellent written and confident verbal communication skills – dealing with senior stakeholders daily
  • Proven ability to build excellent relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders/teams
  • Proven ability to effectively operationally / project manage teams to deliver projects
  • Experience of utilising CRM/ email service platforms such as Bloomreach
  • Ability to understand data and reports to highlight key takeouts and actions
  • Good knowledge of retailer e-commerce objectives and ways of working
  • Excellent analytical, organisational, project management and time management skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritise tasks and take ownership of activity, which involves being able to multitask across a number of projects
  • Proven attention to detail
  • Able to manage and confidently present to multiple senior stakeholders
  • Effective team player; can do attitude
  • Intermediate level user of G-Suite including sheets
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Intermediate level user of Excel/Sheets
  • Experience working with HTML
  • Excellent leadership
