The Role
At NEXT we have a great opportunity for a Senior Creative Shoot Coordinator to join our Brand Photography (non Next product) team in London, temporary for 12 months. Reporting to the Brand Photography Manager, you will be the creative lead for our diverse portfolio of non-Next brands. You’ll be responsible for pitching concepts, directing shoots, and ensuring that every asset we produce balances the unique aesthetic of our partners with the iconic Next brand standards.
What You’ll Take On
- Pitch concepts confidently to multiple license partners and celebrity management teams, ensuring vision aligns with both brand guidelines and commercial goals.
- Work alongside Co‑Fund, Digital Marketing, and Editorial teams to plan and deliver multi‑channel campaign assets.
- Attend photo shoots and work closely with Art Directors, Photographers, and DOPs to ensure the brief is met and assets are approved in real‑time.
- Act as the primary liaison between internal product teams and external brand partners to manage expectations and deliver excellence.
- Collaborate with the bookings team to push creative parameters, bringing in fresh talent (models and crew) to keep our output market‑leading.
- Manage the image edit, retouching mark‑ups, and final asset distribution to both internal and external marketing teams.
- Deliver premium quality photography while remaining mindful of budget parameters and ROI.
