With a range of hours (and tasks) to suit everyone from selling to stock room, we have core shift patterns available to work around your lifestyle. Student? Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service and help customers find items and the extras they didn’t know they needed.
- Adapt to different tasks with energy, speed and enthusiasm.
- Own in-store presentation of products and assist customers with purchases, including cash handling and processing deliveries in the stockroom.
- Be flexible, supportive and contribute to a positive, fast-paced working environment across key store areas.
- Engage with customers in a respectful and inclusive manner, making them feel seen and valued.
Qualifications
- Passion for fashion and a willingness to learn product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Ability to adapt to multiple tasks and work well in a team.
- Flexible with shifts and able to work during peak periods (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas week).
- No mandatory prior retail experience required; potential for growth and development is recognised.
