Overview
Seasonal Associate – Victoria\’s Secret, Buchanan street. Join to apply for the Seasonal Associate role at Next. Start dates for Seasonal Roles are from late September. Help us bring the Festive Pizazz to our customers with shifts over Black Friday, the week of Christmas and New Years Eve / day. We offer a range of hours to suit everyone, with core shift patterns available to work around your lifestyle. Student, working parent and flexible shift options are available to fit your schedule.
We are looking for warm, friendly people who love fashion and retail to deliver an unforgettable customer experience in our stores this festive season.
Responsibilities
- Passion for fashion: learn and develop customer service skills and product knowledge while treating every customer as a VIP
- Adapt quickly to different tasks with energy and enthusiasm
- In-store presentation: own the in-store display of products and help customers find items and accessories
- Teamwork: be flexible, supportive, and contribute to a positive, busy store environment, supporting cash areas and stockroom processes
- Provide confident, personalized service, listen first, and make customers feel seen and valued
