The predicted salary is between 12 - 15 £ per hour.

We’re looking for a Stock Manager to support the growth of our online business and ensure customers receive the best online experience and service. You will lead and inspire a team to deliver accurate stock processes, meet performance targets, and handle returns and fulfilment efficiently.

Shift Details: 18.25 hours per week – Mon 16:30‑20:00; Tue 07:00‑13:00; Thu 16:30‑20:15; Sat 07:00‑13:00.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Store management team across back‑office areas and communicate effectively with the Store Manager.
  • Manage a team to deliver accurate stock processes in an environment that is operationally efficient, safe, and where targets are met.
  • Create an atmosphere that supports, motivates, and inspires the team to perform at their best.
  • Apply a hands‑on approach to commercial and operational activities, adapting to change and working alongside the team.
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date communication to meet business needs.
