Overview
Sales Manager – Swansea Outlet (N100240) at Next. 38.75 hours per week with shifts including Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri, and Sat. Flexible working options are available.
Responsibilities
- Support the Store management team across all product areas, back of house and running the store when needed
- Manage a team to deliver exceptional service and accurate stock processes in a commercial, operationally efficient, safe environment where targets are met
- Create an atmosphere that motivates and inspires the team to be at their best
- Demonstrate a hands-on approach for all commercial and operational activities by working alongside the team
- Ensure up-to-date and accurate communication to meet business needs
