About the Role: Support the Store management team across all product areas, back of house and running the store when needed Manage a team to deliver excellent service and accurate stock processes in a commercial, operationally efficient, and safe environment where targets are met Create an atmosphere where supporting, motivating, and inspiring your team to excel is central to your leadership Demonstrate a hands-on approach for all commercial and operational activities by working alongside the team Ensure communication is up-to-date and accurate to meet business needs About You: You are passionate about our customers, team, and products, inspiring and motivating others and fostering a positive team environment You possess exceptional commercial understanding and can create a great shopping experience for customers You thrive in results-driven, fast-paced, and challenging environments, adapting quickly and bringing others along with new objectives You are a great communicator, approachable and calm under pressure, with realistic expectations You can problem-solve, make sound decisions, challenge processes, and generate innovative ideas to advance the business You are confident in handling people issues You are an effective multi-tasker, able to plan, organise, and prioritise workload In accordance with Home Office guidance, successful candidates will need to evidence their right to work in the UK before employment begins.
