Job Description

As a Sales Associate at Victoria’s Secret, you\’ll work in an exciting, engaging, fast-paced environment with a friendly and supportive team passionate about delivering the best customer experience. No two days are the same, but here’s what you can expect:

• Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service by helping customers find the perfect products and assisting at the till.
• Brand Bra Experience: Provide expert advice on bra fitting and styles tailored to customer needs.
• Visual Merchandising: Own the presentation of products, helping customers discover what they need and didn’t know they wanted.
• Store Standards: Maintain store standards, manage deliveries, stock replenishment, assist with loss prevention, and follow health & safety procedures.

• Desire to learn and develop customer service skills and product knowledge.
