About The Role
As a Sales Associate at Victoria’s Secret you’ll work in an exciting, engaging, fast-paced environment, surrounded by a friendly and supportive team who are connected through their passion for delivering the very best customer experience.
Shifts
- 11.50hrs p/w; Sun 13:00 – 17:00; Tue 12:30 – 20:30
Responsibilities
- Customer Service – deliver an exceptional customer experience, helping customers find the perfect product and assist with purchases at the till
- Brand Bra Experience – provide the brand bra fitting experience, offering expert advice on size and suitable styles
- Visual Merchandising – own merchandising and presentation of products, helping customers find what they need and what they didn’t know they needed
- Store Standards – maintain store standards both front and back, manage deliveries, replenish stock, assist with loss prevention, and follow health & safety procedures
