About the Role
As a Sales Associate at Victoria’s Secret, you’ll work in an exciting, engaging, fast‑paced environment with a friendly and supportive team dedicated to delivering the best customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, helping customers find the perfect product and completing purchases at the till.
- Deliver a brand bra fitting experience, giving expert advice on size and styles.
- Own visual merchandising and presentation of products, supporting customers in locating items they need.
- Maintain store standards, both front and back.
- Manage deliveries, stock replenishment, loss prevention and health & safety procedures.
