About The Role

As a Sales Associate at Victoria’s Secret you’ll work in an exciting, engaging, fast‑paced environment, surrounded by a friendly and supportive team who are all connected through their passion for delivering the very best customer experience. No two days are ever the same, which is part of the fun.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Service – deliver exceptional customer experience, from helping them find the perfect product to completing their purchase at the till.
  • Brand Bra Experience – provide brand bra fitting experience, giving customers expert advice on sizing and suitable styles.
  • Visual Merchandising – own merchandising and presentation of products, helping customers find what they need.
  • Store Standards – maintain front and back store standards, manage deliveries, stock replenishment, support loss prevention, and adhere to health & safety procedures.
