About the Role
As a Sales Associate you’ll work in an exciting, engaging, fast‑paced environment, surrounded by a friendly and supportive team who are all connected through their passion for delivering the very best customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service – Deliver an exceptional customer experience, helping customers find the right product and complete purchases at the till.
- Brand Bra Experience – Provide fitting experience and give expert advice on size and styles.
- Visual Merchandising – Own merchandising and presentation of products, helping customers discover items they didn’t know they needed.
- Store Standards – Maintain store standards both front‑ and back‑office, manage deliveries, stock replenishment, loss prevention and adhere to health & safety procedures.
