Responsibilities:
- Customer Service – delivering an exceptional customer experience from helping them find the perfect product to completing their purchase at the till.
- Brand Bra Experience – providing customers with expert bra fitting advice, recommending styles that best suit their needs.
- Visual Merchandising – owning the merchandising and presentation of our products, helping customers find the items they need.
- Store Standards – maintaining front and back store standards, managing deliveries, stock replenishment, loss prevention, and adhering to health & safety procedures.
