About The Role
As a Sales Associate at Victoria’s Secret you’ll work in an exciting, engaging, fast-paced environment, surrounded by a friendly and supportive team who are all connected through their passion for delivering the very best customer experience.
No two days are the same, and you’ll be involved in delivering exceptional customer experiences through product guidance and service.
Responsibilities
- Customer Service – deliver an exceptional customer experience, helping customers find the perfect product and assisting at the till.
- Brand Bra Experience – provide expert bra fitting advice on sizing and suitable styles.
- Visual Merchandising – own merchandising and presentation of products to help customers find what they need.
- Store Standards – maintain front and back store standards, manage deliveries, stock replenishment, support loss prevention, and follow health and safety procedures.
