About The Role
As a Sales Associate at Victoria’s Secret you’ll work in an exciting, engaging, fast-paced environment, surrounded by a friendly and supportive team who are all connected through their passion for delivering the very best customer experience.

Responsibilities
- Customer Service – delivering an exceptional customer experience to all customers, from helping them find the perfect product to helping them complete their purchase at the till
- Brand Bra Experience – providing our brand bra fitting experience, giving customers expert advice as to their size and what styles suit their needs best
- Visual Merchandising – owning the merchandising and presentation of products, helping customers find the products they need and what they didn’t know they needed
- Store Standards – maintaining store standards, front and back, including managing deliveries, stock replenishment, loss prevention, and health & safety procedures
About You
- Passion for retail – you enjoy retail and creating a unique experience for every customer
- Loves the customer – eagerness to learn and develop customer service skills and product knowledge
- Relationships that count – keen to be part of the business and develop valued relationships with the team and customers
