About The Role
As a Sales Associate at Victoria’s Secret you’ll work in an exciting, engaging, fast‑paced environment, surrounded by a friendly and supportive team who are all connected through their passion for delivering the very best customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Customer service – delivering an exceptional customer experience, from helping them find the perfect product to helping them complete their purchase at the till.
- Brand Bra experience – providing the brand bra fitting service, giving customers expert advice on size and styles that suit their needs best.
- Visual merchandising – owning the merchandising and presentation of our products, helping customers find the products they need, and the things they didn’t even know they needed.
- Store standards – maintaining store standards both front and back, including managing deliveries, stock replenishment, loss prevention and health.
