About The Role
As a Sales Associate at Victoria’s Secret you’ll work in an exciting, engaging, fast-paced environment, surrounded by a friendly and supportive team who are all connected through their passion for delivering the very best customer experience. No two days are ever the same, which is part of the fun. Here is what to expect:
- Customer Service – delivering an exceptional customer experience by helping customers find the right product and assisting at the till
- Brand Bra Experience – providing expert bra fitting advice on size and suitable styles
- Visual Merchandising – owning merchandising and presentation to help customers find products
- Store Standards – maintaining front and back areas, managing deliveries, stock replenishment, and adhering to health & safety procedures
About You
- Passion for retail and creating a unique customer experience, whether front or back of house
- Love the customer – eager to learn, develop customer service skills and product knowledge
- Relationships that count – be part of the business and develop valued relationships with teammates and customers
