Responsibilities
- Customer Service – delivering an exceptional customer experience from helping them find the perfect product to completing their purchase at the till.
- Brand Bra Experience – providing our brand bra fitting experience and giving customers expert advice on size and suitable styles.
- Visual Merchandising – owning the merchandising and presentation of our products, helping customers find what they need.
- Store Standards – maintaining front‑ and back‑office standards, managing deliveries, stock replenishment, loss prevention and adhering to health & safety procedures.
