Responsibilities
- Customer Service - delivering an exceptional customer experience to all customers, from helping them find the perfect product to completing purchase at the till.
- Brand Bra Experience - providing our brand bra fitting experience, giving customers expert advice as to their size and what styles suit their needs best.
- Visual Merchandising - owning the merchandising and presentation of our products, helping customers find the products they need, and the things they didn’t even know they needed.
- Store Standards - maintaining store standards, front and back, including managing deliveries, maintaining stock replenishment, helping loss prevention and adhering to health.
