About the Role: As a Sales Associate at Victoria’s Secret you’ll work in an exciting, engaging, fast‑paced environment, surrounded by a friendly and supportive team who are all connected through their passion for delivering the very best customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience by helping customers find the perfect product and complete their purchase at the till.
  • Provide a brand bra fitting experience, giving customers expert advice on size and suitable styles.
  • Own the merchandising and presentation of our products, assisting customers in finding items and discovering new products.
  • Maintain store standards, including front and back‑end operations, manage deliveries, replenish stock, support loss prevention, and adhere to health and safety regulations.
