About The Role
As a Sales Associate at Victoria’s Secret you’ll work in an exciting, engaging, fast-paced environment, surrounded by a friendly and supportive team who are all connected through their passion for delivering the very best customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Customer Service – Deliver an exceptional customer experience by helping customers find the perfect product and guiding them through the purchase at the till.
- Brand Bra Experience – Provide expert advice on bra fitting, sizing, and recommend styles that best suit each customer.
- Visual Merchandising – Own the merchandising and presentation of our products, helping customers find what they need and uncover hidden treasures.
- Store Standards – Maintain front‑ and back‑store standards, manage deliveries, replenish stock, assist with loss prevention, and adhere to health & safety procedures.
