About The Role
As a Sales Associate you’ll work in an exciting, engaging, fast-paced environment, surrounded by a friendly and supportive team who are connected through their passion for delivering the very best customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Customer Service - delivering an exceptional customer experience, helping customers find the right product and complete purchases at the till
- Brand Bra Experience - providing bra fitting advice and expert recommendations on size and styles
- Visual Merchandising - owning merchandising and presentation, helping customers find products and discover items they didn’t know they needed
- Store Standards - maintaining front and back of house standards, managing deliveries, stock replenishment, assisting loss prevention, and adhering to health & safety procedures
