16hrs per week; Mon 14:00‑18:00; Tue 16:00‑20:00; Wed 14:00‑18:00; Thu 16:00‑20:00.

About the Role

As a Sales Associate at Victoria’s Secret you’ll work in an exciting, engaging, fast‑paced environment, surrounded by a friendly and supportive team who are all connected through their passion for delivering the very best customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service – deliver an exceptional customer experience, helping customers find the perfect product and complete purchases at the till.
• Brand Bra Experience – provide the brand bra fitting experience, giving customers expert advice on size and product styles.
• Visual Merchandising – own merchandising and presentation of products, helping customers find what they need and discover items they didn’t know they wanted.
• Store Standards – maintain store standards both front and back, including managing deliveries, stock replenishment, loss prevention and health & safety procedures.
