We are looking for a talented Retail Marketing Assistant to join our VS UK Marketing Team, working primarily on supporting the implementation of marketing initiatives within our standalone retail stores. The role reports into our Retail Marketing Executive and works closely with the retail stores to create seamless marketing campaigns. The ability to manage your own workload whilst working collaboratively across several simultaneous projects is vital, as is creativity and passion for wider creative trends and innovations to help drive our brands forward.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting Marketing initiatives to promote Brand, Product or Services in our standalone retail stores
  • Working with retail functions to bring engaging marketing to stores, appropriate to their profile & turnover
  • Regular contact with stores & centres supporting key advertising & event opportunities
  • Supporting creation of a local Marketing toolkit to assist stores to proactively deliver local “on‑brand” activity
  • Working closely with the Social Media Assistant to develop Store Social strategies that drive local market engagement
  • Supporting execution of brand campaigns in store
  • Collaborating with VM to create an engaging, omni channel Store experience
  • Working closely with the POS Designer to ensure all marketing collateral in store works seamlessly with our overarching POS principles
  • Identifying opportunities to promote the brand based on market, customer & store team feedback
  • Working with Internal departments & agencies to create & evaluate store Marketing programs
