To deliver inspiring and value adding training solutions across Victoria’s Secret, whilst creating a strong culture of learning, inclusion and wellbeing, in order to drive overall productivity and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with external partners and internal stakeholders to design and deliver high quality training programmes that are aligned to the overall business and people goals.
  • Design and develop content and tools that support the delivery of identified training programmes.
  • Deliver digital and face to face training that is interactive and meets audience needs.
  • Work closely with the Retail Team to implement in store training plans that are focused on executing the brand customer experience & a hyper focus on driving best at categories; Bras & Fragrance.
  • Role model the brand behaviours and provide timely support / feedback / coaching to all levels of the store team to support with store and business objectives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the success of learning initiatives, using data insight to inform and shape future training programmes and proposals.
  • Maintain training records in line with GDPR.
  • Continuously review and update training materials, guides and documentation to ensure they are compliant.
  • Design bespoke training programmes to support ad hoc business goals as and when required.

Skills And Experience

  • Experience working in a retail environment, ideally in a customer facing / focused role.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and develop valued relationships across the business.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident and engaging speaking and facilitation style.
  • Creative and innovative design skills for developing and delivering training content.
  • Team orientated along with the ability to work collaboratively with others.
  • High standard of integrity and discretion.
