This role will be a true partner to the Joules team, recruiting for a variety of roles, including but not limited to Marketing, Finance, Facilities, Merchandising, Buying and Design.
As a Recruitment Business Partner, you'll do more than just fill jobs. You'll work closely with different departments to truly get what they need, offering your expertise and creative solutions for every step of the hiring process. This is a full time role based onsite at ‘The Barn’ – Joules' purpose built Head Office in Market Harborough, Leicestershire. You will also need to be happy to travel to our office in Enderby (Leicestershire) on a regular basis.
What You'll Take On
- Think and act like a Marketeer: Get ready to flex your creative muscles! You'll be a key player in building and promoting our brand on social media, coming up with ideas and creative content that is always relevant to the candidates you are wanting to attract.
- Be a Sourcing Expert: This isn't a one size fits all role. You'll use your experience to adapt your sourcing approach for each specific vacancy, from targeted headhunting to thinking completely outside the box. As well as representing the brand at attraction events like careers fairs and networking days.
- Lead the Way: We'll count on you to be a trusted expert. You'll partner directly with our hiring managers, using your knowledge to create effective hiring strategies and challenge our thinking to make sure we're always attracting the very best. Regularly presenting to the Operations Board.
- Manage the Full Cycle: You'll own the entire recruitment process. This role is more than just standard recruitment, it requires a high energy partner who can own everything from writing standout adverts and shortlisting top talent to closing the final offer.
- Onboarding: You will be the point of contact for all new starters, supporting their pre and onboarding journey to ensure they have the best introduction to their new role. This will include running induction sessions and carrying out new starter check‑ins.
- Innovate and Improve: We want you to challenge the status quo. You'll use your market knowledge to review and improve everything we do, from how we attract candidates to how we welcome them on board.
- Team Player: You'll lead by example, offering support when needed, always having a collaborative approach, working closely with the HR Business Partner and Employer Brand Specialist.

- You're also a creative thinker with a marketeer's mindset, constantly looking for new ways to engage and showcase our brand through social recruiting content.
- You will be super‑organised and possess the ability to project‑manage complex hiring processes, initiatives and projects.
