About The Role
As a Sales Associate at Victoria’s Secret you’ll work in an exciting, engaging, fast‑paced environment, surrounded by a friendly and supportive team who are all connected through their passion for delivering the very best customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Customer Service – delivering an exceptional customer experience by helping them find the perfect product and completing their purchase at the till.
- Brand Bra Experience – providing our brand bra fitting experience and giving customers expert advice on sizes and styles.
- Visual Merchandising – owning the merchandising and presentation of our products, helping customers find what they need and discovering new items.
- Store Standards – maintaining store standards front and back, managing deliveries, replenishing stock, supporting loss prevention and adhering to health & safety procedures.
