About the Role: As a Sales Associate at Victoria’s Secret you’ll work in an exciting, engaging, fast‑paced environment, surrounded by a friendly and supportive team who are all connected through their passion for delivering the very best customer experience.
Job Description: No two days are ever the same, which is part of the fun. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Customer Service – deliver an exceptional customer experience, from helping customers find the perfect product to helping them complete their purchase at the till.
- Brand Bra Experience – provide the brand bra fitting experience, giving customers expert advice on size and suitable styles.
- Visual Merchandising – own the merchandising and presentation of products, helping customers find what they need, including items they may not know they want.
- Store Standards – maintain store standards front and back, including managing deliveries, stock replenishment, loss prevention, and adherence to health and safety procedures.
About You:
