Overview If you have technical expertise in Hard Goods Homeware or similar, possess a keen analytical mindset, and can manage the technical development of new products, then you’ll want to keep reading. The role You’ll work closely with the Home product teams, using your technical knowledge to support product development, ensuring standards for quality, value, and sustainability are met, alongside legal and industry standards. You’ll be involved at every stage, from planning and managing technical development to manufacturing, in-home performance, and end-of-life considerations. You’ll analyze product data, approve ranges, and work with the team to progress development and schedule key milestones. You’ll also prepare for product launches, providing samples and information to relevant departments. Managing in-season products, following up on issues, analyzing returns data, and conducting store visits and factory evaluations will also be part of your responsibilities. About you You’ll have extensive technical knowledge of Homeware Hard Goods, excellent communication skills, and the ability to interpret business data accurately. A problem solver with a logical and inventive approach to design and development, you’ll ensure product quality and compliance, with a keen eye for detail. Your team You will collaborate daily with a highly experienced team of designers, buyers, and merchandisers dedicated to Homeware Hard Goods.
