Role Overview
As a Product Development Manager in our ServiceNow team, you will work on either the core platform, the ITSM module or the ITOM module and bridge the gap between technical complexity and business value. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders and Next Tech to turn technology into a competitive advantage.
What You Will Do
- Drive end-to-end delivery and ensure our ServiceNow platform provides real value to the business.
- Manage a team, act as a liaison for stakeholders, and proactively manage projects, documentation, and risks.
