Location: Stadium 2 – South Elmsall
Pay: £22.96
Bonus: Warehouse Productivity
Schedule: 4 Week Rotation – 12 hour shifts including days, nights and weekends

We are looking for someone who is a self‑motivated and proactive individual to work alongside the Shift Engineers and Site Maintenance Manager looking after the Site and Contractors, reporting to the Site Maintenance Manager.
Key duties and responsibilities
- Create a strong working relationship across the operations, Engineers and Site Maintenance Manager enabling the Engineering team to provide a first class service.
- Ensure that all spares issues are resolved efficiently and rapidly.
- Work in partnership with the operations teams to resolve all maintenance related issues, escalating as appropriate to the Site Maintenance Manager.
- Use the CMMS system and help the continued use of the system across the site, both with the other Engineers and Site Maintenance Manager.
- Help manage Contractors on site.
- Check site RAMS and SWPs are up to date and suitable for work.
Qualifications and requirements
- Have previous experience and knowledge of Warehousing operation.
- Consistently work to a high standard and be able to work using their own initiative.
- Have previous experience as a Maintenance Engineer.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal team working and leadership skills.
- A high level of flexibility to provide cover in the absence of the Site Maintenance Manager.
