Summary

As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll work closely with the Store Manager to support strong store performance, develop a high performing team, and deliver exceptional service standards that reflect the Russell & Bromley brand.

We're looking for an experienced leader with strong commercial awareness and the ability to maintain high retail standards while creating a positive and inclusive team environment.

This is a full time position and will require flexibility to work evenings, weekends and key trading days. We are open to discussing flexible working patterns

This role offers a competitive base salary plus sales-based commission.

About the Role

  • Support the Store Manager in the day to day operations and overall performance of the store
  • Lead by example on the shop floor to deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Motivate, coach and develop the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
  • Maintain high standards across visual merchandising, stock management and store presentation
  • Support compliance with company processes and operational standards
  • Take responsibility for the store in the Store Manager's absence

  • A confident and supportive leader who enjoys working with people
  • Passionate about customer experience, service and team development
  • Commercially aware with a good understanding of KPIs and retail operations
  • Experience in a management role, with a strong understanding of commercial and business operations
  • Hands on, adaptable and collaborative in approach
