About The Role
- Customer Service – provide an exceptional experience, help customers find products, and complete purchases at the till.
- Brand Bra Experience – offer expert advice during bra fittings, guiding customers on size and style.
- Visual Merchandising – own merchandising and presentation of products, ensuring the shop is attractive and products are easily located.
- Store Standards – maintain front and back store standards, manage deliveries, stock replenishment, loss prevention, and uphold health & safety procedures.
