Shift Schedule: 37.50 hrs per week. Mon 12:30‑20:30; Tue 07:30‑15:30; Wed 06:30‑14:30; Thu 06:00‑14:00; Sat 06:30‑14:30

As Delivery Manager you will lead, coach and inspire your team to prioritise outstanding stock processing, stockroom organisation and performance targets. You will manage workflows, ensure a safe and efficient environment, and continuously improve processes to achieve high standards.

About the Role

  • Manage a team to deliver outstanding stock processing and stockroom organisation in a commercial, operationally efficient, safe environment where performance targets are achieved.
  • Exhibit a hands‑on approach for all operational activities, working alongside the team, supporting sales floors and store management when needed.
  • Create an atmosphere that supports, motivates and inspires your team to perform at their best.
  • Ensure smooth running of the stockroom processes by continuously improving, identifying and solving problems – driving the highest stockroom and stock‑processing standards.
  • Strive to ensure our beautifully presented stock is available to customers as soon as possible.
