About The Role
As a Sales Associate at Victoria’s Secret you’ll work in an exciting, engaging, fast-paced environment, surrounded by a friendly and supportive team who are all connected through their passion for delivering the very best customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service – delivering an exceptional customer experience, from helping customers find the perfect product to completing their purchase at the till.
- Brand Bra Experience – providing our brand bra fitting experience, giving customers expert advice on sizing and suitable styles.
- Visual Merchandising – maintaining the merchandising and presentation of products, helping customers find items they need and discover new options.
- Store Standards – maintaining front and back of house standards, including managing deliveries, stock replenishment, supporting loss prevention and adhering to health & safety procedures.
