We are looking for a Digital Media Lead to join our eCommerce Digital Marketing team. Based at our Manchester Arndale Office with a competitive salary range of £50,000 - £64,000 and great benefits!
As a Digital Media Lead at NEXT, you will join our fast paced eCommerce team to spearhead the development and delivery of high impact, data driven performance marketing campaigns. Reporting to the Digital Media Manager, you will leverage your extensive multi channel expertise to maximise profitable customer acquisition and drive sales growth. You’ll act as a key collaborator, working hand in hand with our media agency and strategic partners to execute precise, results oriented projects at pace. What You’ll Take On
- Plan and execute performance led digital marketing campaigns by working alongside key internal stakeholders to align media activity with our overarching commercial goals.
- Manage the day to day relationship with our media agency and key external stakeholders, ensuring all deliverables are met on time.
- Collaborate with global media partners to explore new and innovative opportunities, including beta tests and emerging platforms, to keep our strategy ahead of the competition.
- Work cross functionally with the marketing and commercial trading teams to ensure digital activity supports seasonal launches and brand priorities.
- Regularly present key campaign findings and strategic insights to the wider business, translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for future growth.
- Stay at the forefront of the digital media landscape, proactively identifying shifts in technology, privacy and consumer behavior to future‑prove our marketing efforts.
You’ll be doing all this from our Manchester Arndale Office, this role currently offers 3 days a week in the office and 2 from home.
