Job Description
Salary – £20.69 per hour plus 15% nights premium and bonus.
Full year OTE between ÂŁ52,000 and ÂŁ59,000 (basic, premium, bonus, overtime).
42‑hour shift rotation (days, nights, weekends).
Location: Elmsall Drive Warehouse, South Elmsall Pontefract.
About the role
Our Maintenance Engineers play a pivotal role in ensuring that the huge range of warehouse machinery and equipment are maintained and repaired as required to ensure the operation runs smoothly, implementing management instruction with regard to all aspects of the role and ensuring awareness of Health and Safety, working in a specialist field.
We’re looking for Level 3, Apprentice trained Electrical Maintenance Engineers with experience and knowledge of:
- Fault-finding and diagnosis on a range of PLC controlled equipment
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance on a range of pneumatics, hydraulics, conveyors, and robots in accordance with the manufacturers’ recommendations and industry standard practices
- Analysis and resolution of Electrical and Mechanical faults and repairs
- Conducting regular inspections whilst assisting in the completion and review of risk assessments for the department
- ASI and Profibus systems
The role will require the successful candidate to work at heights of up to 20m with appropriate training. You’ll also have excellent communication skills and be PC literate.
