About The Role
- Open eyes and ears – Responsible for all store security solutions, supporting with internal investigations and handling theft cases professionally and discretely.
- Relationship management – Develop and maintain great relationships with local police, assisting in the implementation of local crime‑reduction partnerships.
- Tools for the trade – Use all available security equipment and information to deter, detect and control any potential criminal activity through monitoring and identifying theft.
- Train and engage – Train new and existing staff in loss prevention disciplines and engage with senior leadership to uphold company prevention standards.
- Sharing to inform – Keep store teams and the LPO team connected and informed of all security policies and initiatives.
