Job Overview

We’re looking for a Loss Prevention Officer to help keep our sites safe and secure.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with the team to ensure warehouse security at all times.
- Serve as first point of contact for staff, visitors, and contractors, monitoring access for deliveries and vehicle loads.
- Monitor CCTV, fire and intruder alarm systems.
- Conduct searches of people and vehicles to deter theft and prevent stock loss.
- Handle incidents calmly and professionally, completing detailed reports and statements.
- Report security risks and incidents to the Loss Prevention Manager.
Requirements
- Minimum: GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
- Good knowledge of Word, Excel and Google suites.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage difficult situations.
- Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) certificate required.
- First Aid training (or willingness to obtain).
