Our Merchandising team plays a vital role in bringing the Victoria’s Secret customer experience to life – ensuring the right products are available in the right place, at the right time, and in the right quantities. From planning and managing stock intake to monitoring performance and identifying opportunities, the team helps shape how our collections come to market across stores and online, and reviewing sales performance for department categories.

You will be responsible for building relationships with our suppliers and be the go‑to person for any queries around stock intake. You’ll be a fantastic support to your team with collating sales reports as well as general admin and analysis, and collaborating with wider departments such as marketing to ensure stock levels are available in line with promotional activity.

About You

  • You have a strong analytical skillset and a love of spreadsheets.
  • Strong team ethos – working together and building excellent relationships with your team along with all other key partnerships.
  • Ready for anything and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
  • An awareness of high street, catwalk and competitor key trends. Your finger is on the pulse of Retail.
  • The ability to manage your own time.
  • Retail/store experience would also be beneficial.
