London Management Opportunities – Victoria\’s Secret
As a member of SLT at Victoria’s Secret you’ll take ownership of your store’s success, inspiring your team to achieve their targets and create the very best customer experience every day. We’re looking for Store Managers, Assistant Store Managers and Department Managers in London and Greater London who are ready to invest in their retail career and pursue excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead from the heart: train, coach and inspire your team, setting them up for success and developing them to be stars of the future
- Be a role model: motivate and engage your team to bring the brand values to life daily, promoting an inclusive and positive working atmosphere that celebrates success
- Customer focus: be a friendly face to every customer, put their needs first, personalise the customer experience in store, and ensure your team does the same
- Hands-on operations: own the P&L and lead on key KPIs across the store with a focus on profitability and controllable costs (hiring, rotas, payroll, customer success, stock control) to maximise sales
- Visual standards: work with the Visual Team to execute brand visuals and ensure your team adheres to standards
- Open communication: cultivate a platform for active listening, share ideas with store partners, and encourage your team to contribute
- Grounded leadership: keep the store compliant and safe, own product launches, floor set changes, store audits, stock counts, H&S policies, and keep everything efficient and safe
About You
- A wealth of experience: proven store manager experience in fast-paced environments with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Leadership and strategy: ability to lead and deliver company strategy, implementing objectives at store level to drive performance
- Passion for retail: enthusiasm for all aspects of retail, creating a unique customer experience
- Purposeful leadership: engage and develop your team with a shared enthusiasm for the brand and the customer experience
- Relationship building: develop valued relationships with customers, your team, and wider business teams
- Adaptability: thrive on change, multitask, problem-solve and collaborate to get things done
- Creative flair: approachable and resourceful with a creative approach to training, incentives, and initiatives
