We are looking for an In-Store Visual Merchandiser to join our VM Field Team, based in and responsible for the following stores: (NORTH) LIVERPOOL AINTREE & LIVERPOOL CHURCH STREET - WOMENSWEAR.
As an In-Store Visual Merchandiser you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a visually inspiring shopping environment for the NEXT customer focusing specifically on WOMENSWEAR. You will implement Head Office VM Guidelines to a high level, supporting & developing store teams along the way. We are looking for someone with a creative eye and the ability to adapt layout guidelines to individual store needs and differing stock packages, whilst maintaining company standards.
What you'll take on:
- Managing Store Layouts
- To deliver the best visual merchandising standards at all times, within your designated stores.
- Adapting the layouts to suit individual store's layouts and stock package.
- Ensure fixtures/layouts & customer navigation are maintained.
- Analyse space management and best sellers to support layout decisions.
- Planning & communicating phase changes onto store planograms.
- Supporting phase change shifts in your designated stores.
- Ensuring all marketing, graphics & props are correct and relevant.
- Stock Management
- Supporting store compliance reports. Daily New Lines, Range Plans etc.
- Ensuring stock rotation and replenishment to maximise sales.
- To maintain a safe working environment for customers and colleagues by complying to store H&S guidelines.
- Communication
- Working alongside & forging good working relationships with the in-store staff & managers.
- Agreeing priorities on a regular basis with the Regional Manager and store manager.
- Feeding back phase/stock issues to line managers and the mock shop teams.
- Working in conjunction with the in store display team.
- Controlling, managing and ordering marketing items where necessary.
- Attend Head Office monthly for phase change updates to be communicated.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Can perform general manual handling duties and tasks, including lifting, carrying, using ladders etc.
- Hold a full UK driving licence.
- Ability to travel to other stores/locations where required.
