38.50 hours per week; shift schedule: Sun 10:30–18:30; Mon 09:00–17:15; Tue 09:00–17:15; Wed 12:45–21:00; Fri 12:45–21:00. Flexible working options are available.

Responsibilities

  • Support the store management team across all product areas, back‑of‑house functions and runway store operations when required.
  • Manage a team to deliver outstanding customer service and accurate stock processes in a commercially efficient, safe environment where targets are met.
  • Create an atmosphere that supports, motivates and inspires the team to deliver their best.
  • Demonstrate a hands‑on approach for all commercial and operational activities by working alongside the team.
  • Ensure communication is up‑to‑date and accurate at all times to meet business needs.
