Responsibilities
- Support the store management team across all product areas, back‑of‑house functions and runway store operations when required.
- Manage a team to deliver outstanding customer service and accurate stock processes in a commercially efficient, safe environment where targets are met.
- Create an atmosphere that supports, motivates and inspires the team to deliver their best.
- Demonstrate a hands‑on approach for all commercial and operational activities by working alongside the team.
- Ensure communication is up‑to‑date and accurate at all times to meet business needs.
