We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Executive to join our Third Parties Marketing team, based at NEXT Head Office in Enderby, Leicester, with a competitive salary range of £39,000 - £47,000.

At NEXT, we are one of the UK’s largest fashion retailers and a listed company. We sell products and thousands of world‑famous brands both in‑store and online, UK and internationally. We are growing fast and investing in our business. The Third Party teams within eCommerce help connect NEXT with large selling platforms such as Zalando and La Redoute to sell thousands of products internationally. These platforms delivered strong growth for NEXT last year and to continue to support this growth we need a marketing expert to join our team.

About the Role

As a Senior Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in driving the growth of Third Party Marketing as part of NEXT’s International Marketing strategy. You will report to the Third Party Channel Lead within the eCommerce Marketing team, and work closely with both new and existing partners – Amazon, Zalando, About You and Otto – to accelerate customer acquisition and maximise the contribution of 3rd parties to international sales.

Responsibilities

  • Create, execute and optimise Sponsored Product Ad campaigns across Amazon, Zalando, About You and other platforms.
  • Plan and execute rapid roll‑outs across multiple markets, ensuring coverage on key 3rd‑party platforms.
  • Build and nurture long‑term relationships with strategic partners like Amazon, Zalando and About You.
  • Work closely with account managers at partner platforms to maximise performance.
  • Collaborate with internal trading teams to select products and categories that best resonate with each partner’s audience.
  • Manage and deliver comprehensive multi‑region channel reporting, presenting actionable insights and performance findings.
  • Stay informed about developments in digital retail and partnership marketing to continuously improve strategies.
  • Apply ad technology and integrations required to work effectively with major online retailers.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in digital performance marketing, with at least 3 years specialising in marketplace, partnership or search marketing.
  • Demonstrated success scaling activities with major online retailers to deliver measurable business impact.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, able to analyse data to improve performance.
  • Experience in managing relationships with major online retailers and understanding their role in channel growth.
  • Strategic thinking and understanding of the partnership marketing mix.
  • Problem‑solving skills and ability to find solutions to complex challenges.
  • Excellent team player with collaboration mindset and ability to work across functions.
  • Technical expertise in platform technologies used by major online retailers.
  • International campaign experience outside the UK is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of marketing attribution models, incrementality and their application in partnership marketing is a plus.
