About the Role

In this role you will take the lead on designing and implementing core processes within the P2P modules, specifically focusing on Payables Invoices and considering the impact on Supplier Onboarding, Supplier Data Model and Payments designs. You will be responsible for defining the “to‑be” processes, ensuring all designs are backed by robust controls that align with regulatory requirements and operational goals. Your work will involve making critical design decisions and documenting them thoroughly to provide a clear roadmap for system integration. Beyond the initial design phase, you will play a central role in the end‑to‑end project lifecycle by collaborating with data migration, reporting and change management teams. You will contribute to business impact assessments, review integration documents, and take an active part in test planning and execution. As the project moves toward launch, you will work closely with business adoption teams to refine training materials and support the cutover process. Your success will depend on your ability to work cross‑functionally with finance teams, acting as a bridge between technical requirements and business needs, identifying risks early, and ensuring all outstanding requirements are met.

  • Knowledge of banking standards (e.g., ISO 20022).
  • Proven experience in implementing change with a focus on controls, automation and process improvement.
  • Methodical, self‑managed, able to handle multiple parallel tasks and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities, excellent attention to detail and ability to raise issues appropriately.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of collaborating with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Competent in Excel, PowerPoint and/or Google Workspace for data analysis and presentations.
