We are looking for an HR & Employee Services Coordinator to join our Central Connection point at Head Office.

What You Will Take On

  • Be the Face of HR: Provide a helpful first point of contact for employees and managers through our HR Help‑desk, managing specialised inboxes with a focus on quality.
  • Coordinate the Journey: Manage the full onboarding lifecycle, from raising offer letters to ensuring all compliance and Right to Work checks are precise and timely.
  • Support Growth: Lead the delivery of Company Inductions and Campus Tours, while managing the logistics for internal and external training courses.
  • Drive Innovation: Proactively identify patterns in system data to suggest enhancements, using your technical aptitude to help us work smarter.
  • Facilitate Success: Provide administrative support during formal meetings and consultations, ensuring records are captured with integrity to support fair decision‑making.
